1. Who we are

Nexterview (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Ulugbek Asadov, a sole proprietor registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan. You can contact us at support@nexterview.uz. By downloading the Nexterview application, creating an account, or purchasing hour credits, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Service

Nexterview is a desktop application for macOS and Windows that displays an always-on-top overlay providing AI-generated answers to spoken interview questions, AI analysis of on-screen content, live transcription, and locally stored meeting notes. The Service is an assistance and preparation tool for interviews, with a focus on IT and programming roles.

3. Accounts

Signing in uses passwordless one-time codes sent to your email address. You must provide a valid email address that you control and keep access to that inbox secure — anyone with access to your inbox can access your account. Accounts are personal; you may not share, sell, or transfer your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms.

Meeting notes, resume upload, and app settings work without an account and free of charge. An account and hour credits are required only for the AI features.

4. Hour credits and metering

AI features are paid for with prepaid hour credits sold in packs (1 hour for $15, 5 hours for $60, 10 hours for $100, in US dollars). Credits are consumed per second, only while a recording session is open in the app. A live timer and remaining balance are shown in the overlay at all times.

• Credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Credits are personal and non-transferable, have no cash value outside of the refund rights described in our Refund Policy, and are not a deposit, stored value, or electronic money.
• When your balance reaches zero, active sessions end and AI features pause until you purchase more hours.

5. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle provides the checkout, handles payment processing, applicable VAT and sales taxes, invoices, and receipts. Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms. We never see or store your card details. Prices are stated in USD and may change in the future; changes never affect credits you have already purchased.

6. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Nexterview application for your own use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the application, or circumvent its metering, authentication, or security measures.

7. Acceptable use and your responsibility

The Service is an assistance, preparation, and practice tool. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and with any rules, policies, or agreements that bind you — including any rules of an interviewer, employer, recruiting platform, school, or certification body regarding permitted aids during interviews, examinations, or assessments.

• Do not use the Service where such use is prohibited by rules that apply to you. Any consequences of violating such rules (for example, a rescinded offer or disqualification) are yours alone, and we disclaim all liability for them.
• Some jurisdictions require consent before recording or transcribing other people’s audio. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction before capturing call audio.
• Do not abuse the Service: no reselling access, no automated or bulk use, no probing or attacking our systems, and no attempts to circumvent metering or access controls.

8. AI output disclaimer

Answers, transcriptions, and screen analyses are generated by artificial-intelligence models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. The Service does not guarantee any interview outcome, job offer, or assessment result, and its output is not professional, legal, or career advice. Use your own judgment before relying on any output.

9. Third-party services

AI processing relies on third-party model providers (currently OpenAI). We do not control and cannot guarantee the continuous availability, latency, or quality of third-party models, and may substitute equivalent models to keep the Service running.

10. Intellectual property

The Nexterview application, brand, logo, and website content are owned by us. Your meeting notes, your resume, and other content you provide remain yours; you grant us only the limited right to process that content to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Refunds

Refunds for hour credits are governed by our Refund Policy, which offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on unused hours.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and statutory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@nexterview.uz. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. If we terminate your account for convenience (not for breach), we will refund your unused credits.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this website or by email to registered users, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at support@nexterview.uz — we aim to resolve issues informally and quickly.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Questions? Write to support@nexterview.uz.
